RATE CARD ARCHITECT (AMERICAS)Job summaryRate Card Architect is an integral member of each deal team by providing expertise in the development of customer requested rate cards. This is a critical role in shaping IT solutions and pricing strategies from initial deal stages to deal closureExperience-10 to 14 YearsRoles & ResponsibilitiesFocus on developing pricing strategies to balance rate competitiveness and market relevancy while maximizing profitability.Structure rate cards based on the scope of work requested along with other factors (e.g. discounting approach/impact to financials, technologies, work locations / sourcing strategy, current standing with the customer, competitive pressures / comparisons, etc.)Ensure the rate cards are market relevant while meeting established internal profitability metrics and/or understanding the variance.Ensure rate card results are consistent with other deliverables under the MSA, as well as overall deal win themes.Formally present rate card, associated financials, and rate card strategies to Senior Leadership for review/approval.Provide contract negotiation support and advice.Additional Activities: Support the NA annual labour rate update process, Support the introduction and business adoption of the new rate card pricing tool, Support in the production of high level cost/rate analysis against historical data pulled for past rate cards, Help develop work products / aids used to introduce efficiencies in creating future rate cardsLocation- PAN IndiaEmployee Status : Full Time EmployeeShift : Day JobTravel : NoJob Posting : Mar 18 2024About Cognizant Cognizant (Nasdaq-100: CTSH) is one of the world's leading professional services companies, transforming clients' business, operating and technology models for the digital era.
