Provide Level2 level of Network and Service Assurance support Wireless LAN network based on Cisco 5500 and Cisco Meraki (Both Physical WLC and Cloud Based), Aruba wireless LAN network Supporting Assurance Function of a Large Enterprise Network in configuring, troubleshooting of wireless network. Troubleshooting LAN/WAN Network in conjunction with Wireless LAN network for end to end investigation. Deep knowledge on various IP Routing Protocols and its application Strong hands on of Routing Switching pertaining to Cisco Network. Wireless LAN deep exposure on Cisco Meraki Wifi6 platform. Ability to resolve complex network issues on Cisco Wireless network. Ability to execute change management activities for enterprise sites Adhere to all assurance Service SLAs Working directly with OEMs. Identify and plan for remediation of network chronic issues; continuous improvement. Experience of working with Field Engineer in resolving the trouble tickets Support 24x7 network operations including that on weekends and national holidays Job Entry Requirements Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree with 6+ years of experience. At least 4+ years of experience on Wireless Networks (Cisco Meraki Wifi6) Strong experience on EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, CoS, QoS, VRF, VLANS, and VPNs Good analytical skills to resolve problems. Drive Major Incident resolution while on technical discussion bridge with stakeholders. Good interpersonal skills to coordinate efforts effectively between multiple groups. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Work location: Pune Certifications: o CCNP or CCNA (Routing & Switching) o ECMS 1 and 2 (Cisco Meraki Solutions) Certification Candidates with strong exposure to Wireless LAN (Cisco) will be preferred.
