2. Finalized all the Check and Balances required for book closure of all the Mining Companies with respect to Monthly / Quarterly.
3. Compliance of the group guidelines with respect to SOP/ DOA / IFC/ Mass Compliance/ MSME Payment Compliance/ Nil Exposure to company from GST Credit prospective / RCM Liability and Payment compliance.Operating Budget preparation, control & Support:1. Coordination and Validation Annual operating Budget input & comparing with historical cost
2. Effective monitoring of budget uploaded Vs Utilized along with reason for variance by way of analysis & timely input to business.
3. Release of PR/ SES with due justification.Capex, Projects and your contribution:1. Assist Business in De-Bottlenecking Mine/ Projects to complete the projected Capex plan both in terms of spent and capitalisation.Future Proofing - Talent Development and Management:Responsible for Mentoring and developing the team members for higher level roles or step up for potential replacements in the key leadership roles in the Cluster / Group.Support in Monthly Cash flow projection:Timely & Accurately providing input for monthly/quarterly/ 3 month rolling cash flow projections for Opex and CapexQualifications:Educational Qualification:
Essential: CA/ MBA/ Degree in FinanceExperiences:
12+ years of professional experience
8+ years' experience in finance and accounts in a large organization (Manufacturing or Mining Industry)
8+ years' experience in a MIS and Planning and Budgeting role
