We are looking for an Executive - Operations to lead vendor management, oversee backend processes, and drive efficiency across telecom and data center operations.This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in telecom systems, data center workflows, and operational support. You will play a key role in optimizing workflows, enhancing vendor performance, and supporting the company’s operational strategy and infrastructure scalability.Key Responsibilities:Telecom Procurement & Vendor Management: Manage end-to-end procurement of telecom resources and services. Evaluate, onboard, and monitor vendor performance and ensure SLAs are met efficiently and cost-effectively.Data Center Operations: Oversee infrastructure planning and procurement. Monitor performance metrics, suggest optimization initiatives, and ensure high availability of resources.Vendor Governance: Drive strategic vendor partnerships. Ensure compliance with agreed deliverables, manage contract renewals, and conduct performance reviews.Asset & Infrastructure Troubleshooting: Resolve infrastructure-related issues. Ensure timely preventive maintenance and minimize downtime in telecom and data center environments.Ticketing & Issue Resolution: Use ticketing systems to manage queries. Perform root cause analyses and recommend solutions for recurring issues.SOPs & Process Development: Define and improve Standard Operating Procedures across telecom and infrastructure functions. Identify automation opportunities to streamline operations.Data Management & Reporting: Collect and analyze data from internal and external sources to support management decision-making.
