The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying customer needs, generating revenue, and maintaining customer relationships for high horse power (320 KVA -2020 KVA) Genset business. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and training them to achieve sales targets. Candidate should have sales, business development or marketing background with 7-10 years of work experience in power industry . Ability to pursue multiple stakeholders in collaboration with respective internal teams is a must Required Candidate profile Successful track-record in establishing local customer intimacy through connections at Executives level and key decision makers within the customer organization.
