- Reach out to potential clients and candidates over the phone to share information about our services.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls, including outcomes and follow-up tasks, using our CRM system.
- Work with the HR team to understand current job openings and match suitable candidates through phone screenings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues related to our services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing client and candidate engagement.
- High school diploma or equivalent is cool.
- Great communication skills, like, you gotta be a people person.
- Basic computer skills, 'cause you'll be using them daily.
- Previous experience in telecalling is a plus, but not a dealbreaker.
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection like a champ.
