Business Development Executive - Jharkhand

• Conduct outreach activities in colleges, local communities, and skill centers.

• Mobilize and counsel prospective students on EduJobs training and placement programs.

• Build and maintain relationships with local youth, institutions, and community leaders.

• Organize awareness drives, student engagement sessions, and roadshows.

• Achieve monthly mobilization and admission targets.

• Maintain accurate lead data and provide timely field reports.

• Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales, education, or skilling sector.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi, local language, and basic English.

• Bike/two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits.

• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory.

• Confident, target-oriented, and community-focused.
