You’ll be responsible for new customer acquisition, account growth, and territory management while collaborating with the Pre-Sales & Solutions team.
The role reports to the VP – Enterprise Sales (Mumbai HO).Drive new customer acquisition and grow existing accounts in the Hyderabad region.Sell a range of IT Infrastructure solutions including Servers, Storage, Cybersecurity, Hybrid Cloud, VDI, Mobility Management, and Backup & DR.Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Leaders, and Procurement Heads.Collaborate with OEMs and partners to deliver competitive, value-driven solutions.Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a robust sales pipeline.RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Enterprise Solution Sales.Strong understanding of enterprise technologies — Servers, Storage, Cybersecurity, Hybrid Cloud, VDI, and Backup/DR.Proven success in both hunting (new business development) and farming (account management).Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently in the Hyderabad region while coordinating with the Mumbai Head Office.Familiarity with OEM ecosystems such as Dell, VMware/Broadcom, Microsoft, Veeam, and Commvault.BenefitsOpportunity to work with cutting-edge enterprise technologies and top OEM partners.Be part of a fast-growing, established IT solution integrator.Supportive, collaborative work culture with strong pre-sales and delivery backing.Career growth and learning opportunities in a dynamic environment.
