As an Integration Engineer, your day typically involves engaging with clients to understand their business challenges and translating those needs into effective technology solutions. You will provide consultative services that bridge business requirements with system integration strategies. Your role includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives and customer journeys, ensuring that both functional and application designs align with client expectations. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to deliver solutions that support seamless integration and enhance overall business processes.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and web standards.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable integration solutions.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous communication patterns.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance in complex integration environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.Additional Information:
