- Manage and build on existing partner relationships
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to develop partnership strategies
- Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships
- Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners
- Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance
- Ensure partnerships deliver on promises to customers
- Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals
- Experience building partner programs in a Healthtech/healthcare environment
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborations
- Experience in executing digital marketing campaigns and stay updated with the current trends and tools to accomplish faster results.
- Engaging with the target audience through online channels & executing and supervising digital marketing campaigns.
- Tracking and analyzing performances of campaigns, carrying out conversion tests and reports.
- Reporting performances of all campaigns to clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Deals easily with ambiguity and can effectively cope with change
- High learning agility and proactiveness with ability to work effectively across virtual network
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative and partnering skills.

- 5 years to 10 years of experience in partnership management within healthcare/pharma environment
- Bachelors (Commerce, Marketing, Business Management) with MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Proven Proficiency in English
