- Actively contribute to the establishment, review, and implementation of internal development standards, best practices, and procedures.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to analyze business requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using industry best practices.
- Review functional and technical documentation, providing constructive feedback to improve project clarity and execution.
- Investigate and resolve issues reported by the QA/testing team.
- Communicate task progress and blockers effectively with the Team Lead and Product Owner.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet project requirements.
- Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET (3.5 to 4.6, .NET 6/8), ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Web Forms
- Frontend: Angular 15+, React/ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, rxJS, ngRx, HTML, CSS
- Backend: Entity Framework (EF), ADO.NET, Dapper
- Database: MS SQL Server 2016+, NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
- Tools & Platforms: TFS, Git, Azure DevOps, Azure CI/CD
- Testing Tools: xUnit, JMeter (preferred)
- Architecture: Microservices, REST API Development
- Other: Strong unit testing skills
- Minimum 7.5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack .NET development.
- Strong command over English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Self-driven, proactive, and well-organized with excellent time management skills.

- Education: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Must be currently residing in Hyderabad or Andhra Pradesh
- Telugu-speaking candidates will be preferred for better team communication
