
IT Project Lead

- Lead the execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage multiple migration activities, including planning, execution, and validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure quality standards and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience, with at least 5+ years in leading IT projects, particularly involving system or data migrations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong knowledge of digital tools and technologies, including HRIS, AI, automation, data analytics, and cloud-based solutions
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and their application in technology projects
- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
- Experience with specific HR technology platforms (e.g., HCM solution, Information systems etc).
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in HR technology.
- Nice to have experience in cloud-based AI tool’s implementation
