- Lead a team for Earthing & lighting protection
- Execute other building and plant electrification designs
- Develop detailed electrical design drawings, schematics, and layouts using ,REVIT,Magicad AutoCAD 3D, AVEVA E3D, Auto grid
- Interpret engineering specifications, sketches, and proposals to create accurate and compliant electrical designs.
- Perform interdisciplinary coordination with other engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, civil, structural) to ensure design integration and resolve clashes.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior designers and drafters.
- Prepare material take-offs (MTOs) and support procurement activities.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Contribute to the development of design standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot design issues and propose effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Designer in Earthing & lighting protection, with significant experience in a senior role.
- Expert proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Magicad,Revit for electrical design.
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with AVEVA E3D Or Autocad 3D for 3D modeling and design is added Advantage
- Proficiency in MV, LV systems is added Advantage
- Thorough understanding of electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards (e.g., IEC,IEEE; NEC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet project deadlines.
