
Expert Software Engineer (Database focus)

- Architect and implement end-to-end workflows across microservices, messaging systems, and databases.
- Design efficient relational database schemas and stored procedures (SQL Server & Snowflake).
- Develop ETL pipelines for SQL Server and Snowflake using Azure Data Factory or Azure Databricks.
- Create and maintain automated unit and functional tests.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
- Review code, mentor peers, and advocate for engineering best practices.
- Manage user stories, estimates, and tasks within agile workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on scalable, enterprise-grade systems.
- Strong expertise in C#, relational database development, and cloud architectures (Azure).
- Proficiency with SQL Server, Snowflake, and data warehouse design (2+ years).
- Experience in ETL pipelines, complex data flows, and messaging platforms.
- Knowledge of OLTP and data warehouse modeling principles.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and Terraform.
- Experience with .NET Core Web API and Angular (2+ years).
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional teams.
- Background in healthcare systems, data standards, or HIPAA compliance is a plus.
