Maker Lab’s cross-functional teams of multidisciplinary specialists are embedded into client teams across digital marketing competencies — from measurement & analytics to content production.Senior UX Designer (12 months Fixed Term Contract)Role Summary:Maker Lab is looking for a dynamic individual to join an exciting project we’ve embarked on with our technology client to work on redesigning their financial compliance tool.We are looking for an expert UX designer with great understanding of consumer apps and good stakeholder management.Role:

Lead and partner with the rest of the team on technical implementation - UX Designers & product managers, Engineers.
Collaborate and integrate with clients’ product and engineering teams. Use existing design systems and extend them further.
Drive and inspire dynamic ideas that connect with all types of users through quality-driven interactive design
Conduct product audits, work with UXR teams to gather valuable insights and identify user pain points and apply them in the product design process.
Document user journeys and express them through new concept mocks, designs, and prototypes.
Collaborate with Product Managers to identify critical user journeys (CUJs) and deliver detailed, implementation-ready designs.
Offer UX support to engineering teams during the implementation phase to ensure the successful integration of user-centered designs.

You:

At least 8+ years of experience in an agency, preferably worked on a consumer app and hyper-growth technology companies
A multidisciplinary designer with skills such as UX Design, Concept Development, Rapid Prototyping, System Design, Brand Identity, Product Design, Typography, etc.
A multi-faceted designer who knows your Figma, including component, style, layer management & creating scalable design systems.

A sharp-eyed, detailed oriented and good design ambassador. You have a strong sense of layout, colour, composition and type.
Exceptional verbal and written English communications and presentation skills.
