We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide professional and efficient support to both clients and clinicians using the MindFriend platform. You will help ensure a smooth experience across bookings, payments, and platform use.Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client and clinician enquiries via email, chat, and support channels
- Assist users with booking appointments, account access, and payment issues
- Provide guidance on using the platform (video calls, scheduling, profiles)
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases when required
- Maintain accurate records of support requests
- Ensure a professional, empathetic, and confidential approach when dealing with users
- Previous experience in customer support or client services (preferably in tech or healthcare)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and support tools
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling sensitive situations
- Interest in mental health or healthcare technology is a strong advantage
