- Coach and develop Group/Team Leads, experts, and similar roles across all three functional areas
- Maintain effective relationships with medical scientific community, pharmacovigilance departments, and creative stakeholders across TA(s)/GBU(s)
- Ensure new technologies are leveraged for multilayered team management: talent review, recruitment, succession planning, KPI development and validation
- Act as key contact and thought partner for content creation functions on visualization, editing, and creative deliveries
- Actively develop content enhancement associates, graphic designers, and medical information writers
- Foster Sanofi's culture of innovation, collaboration, and patient-centricity across all teams
- Act as strategic partner to Global Scientific Engagement & Communications, Medical Information, and Creative teams to build internal capability
- Develop and maintain expertise in key industry trends across scientific communications, medical information, and creative design
- Ensure delivery of scientific communications, medical information deliverables (scientific response documents, US FDA Annual Reports, Compendia Reviews), and creative content as per agreed timelines and quality
- Oversee layouts and designing of PowerPoint presentations, medical training materials, infographics, newsletters, posters, dashboard designs, event collaterals, e-learning modules, and mechanism of action animations
- Keep updated on new designs, trends, and share knowledge across teams
- Lead development of tools, technology, and processes to constantly improve quality and productivity
- Ensure medical information content development meets regulatory requirements across multiple therapeutic areas
- Support delivery of projects ensuring resourcing, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high technical standards across all three functional areas
- Contribute to overall quality enhancement by ensuring high performance standards for scientific communications, medical information, and creative outputs
- Secure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards
- Ensure medical documents are produced according to all relevant Sanofi global guidelines, country guidelines and policies
- Oversee comprehensive medical writing needs analysis and content planning
- Manage creative workflows for medical training materials and educational content
- Ensure creation and development of tools, technology, and processes for continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to medical information writing guidelines and regulatory requirements for supported countries/regions
- Ensure publication and medical education materials (slide decks, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, scientific response letters) meet high creative and scientific standards
- Ensure advanced training delivery tools and techniques are leveraged to enhance effectiveness
- Maintain effective relationships with end stakeholders to develop strong partnerships and understand requirements
- Partner with Medical Leads, Scientific Communication Directors, Medical Information Directors, and Creative Directors to implement regular governance
- Collaborate with medical teams across countries/regions to identify medical writing and creative content needs
- Liaise with Medical and Pharmacovigilance departments for customized deliverables
- Oversee design and implementation of overall action plans based on stakeholder feedback
- Work with selected vendor partners or build internal capability to deliver required solutions
- Interact effectively with external stakeholders and industry peer groups
- Represent BO Medical in the Hyderabad Leadership Team (LT), ensuring alignment between local operations and global medical strategy
- Partner with Global Medical Information Teams and country medical information teams
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Senior leadership & People Management roles in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or academia
- Proven track record of managing multi-layered teams of ≥10 members.
- 5 years' experience in content creation (pharmaceutical company or agency) will be an added advantage.
- Experience in basic data research, editing, visualization, and translation fields

- Additional degree/training in graphic and creative design is highly desirable.
