Our mission of “Advancing Cancer Diagnostics, Improving Lives” is at the heart of our corporate culture.We are looking for Sales Development Manager – India (Mumbai based role) who will be responsible for driving revenue and funnel growth through Strategic Initiatives for India and SAARC region. You will be a part of the India Sales Organization and report to the General Manager, India responsible for driving revenue and funnel growth through the development of marketing strategies, KOL programs and campaigns that drive adoption and engagement based on the competitive landscape, executes on successful country product plans, and launches, and deepen understanding of customer insights.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Develop and execute country wide Go to Market strategy, campaigns and activities that are aligned with the growth initiatives for the country and contribute to revenue. As a business partner for the country General Manager, the Sales Development Manager will define clear Digital Pathology and consumables GTM strategy to drive exponential growth and execute country level marketing initiatives and promotional tools that meet the marketing and business targets.Major responsibilities we will trust you with:
  • Develop and implement Go to market strategy and marketing programs (campaigns, webinars, events, trade shows, symposiums) promoting the LBS product portfolio to new and existing customers achieving short and long- term revenue growth, ensuring that goals are consistent with the country’s growth initiatives.
  • To define clear Digital Pathlogy and consumables GTM strategy to drive exponential growth.
  • Fosters a solution based, customer centric marketing approach throughout a multichannel marketing initiative. Analyze and report marketing programs efficiency and adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
  • Execution of Launch Excellence Standard Work to drive impactful launches and deliver incremental revenue, Define, monitor and countermeasure leading and lagging launch KPI’s, Provide country level pre-work input in product launches. Manage product launch activities and forecasts in alignment with GM.
  • Responsible to develop and onboard Key opinion leaders’ and manage the relationship and drive quality engagement and activities to foster brand advocacy with KOLs.
  • Collaborates internally to drive country activities, campaigns, product launches and content creation.
  • Gather and communicates market and customer insights, keeps up to date on competitive products and activities, increase market visibility and analyze country market segmentation and market share (i.e., Mekko)
  • Owns segmentation & local price setting.
  • Manage event logistics & provide local event support, ensuring consistency with messaging. Provide post-event reports, ROI analysis, and regular status reports on marketing programs and initiatives.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, MBA with majors in Marketing, Sales or related field
  • Competent with business software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, at a minimum)
  • Experience in marketing tools (i.e., Salesforce, Pardot)
  • Good understanding of the pathology science, an excellent level of marketing including digital marketing to leverage digital channels for driving demand throughout the region.
  • Project management, to enable the Marketing Manager to drive all initiatives and manage external service providers on market research, customer studies and KOL strategy.
  • Experience in Marketing, development of marketing campaigns, product management, brand management, marketing strategy or other marketing roles
  • Agile and willing to travel 50% in a month
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in healthcare/diagnostics environment
