- Tank 3d/2d modelling, Bom preparation.
- Knowledge of 3d software like Autodesk inventor, solid works, and 2d drawings preparation
- Knowledge of international and is standard for clearance.
- Expert to make Mechanical Design of Distribution ,Power Transformer, special transformer & Generator Transformer.
- Preparation of internal and external Layout of transformers.
- Preparation of Customer drawings like General Arrangement, List of fittings, Bushing Drawings, Transport details, Foundation details, Valve Schedule Plate, Terminal connectors etc..
- Preparation of Manufacturing drawings for Core frame Assembly, Tank fabrication, internal connection assembly.
- Preparation of Bill of Material for Mechanical component & module in SAP.
- Attending in house contract review meetings, design review meetings for project planning and execution.
- Interaction with suppliers and fabricator to resolve various issues regarding manufacturing process, and drawings related issues.
- To find the areas of improvement and standardization to make design optimised and to reduce the cycle time as well as reduce the errors.
- Checking of manufacturing drawings and training to fresher.
