Application Engineer

• Give feedback to and proactively seek it from sales, marketing, PD & innovation.
• Effectively communicate with end-users, co-workers, managers, and other departments.
• Interact with customers for suggesting product and process improvements.
• Conceptualize and introduce new product/Applications at the customer place.
• Pursue product stewardship activities at the customer place.
• Use market and customer analytics to stay up to date on evolving industry trends.
• Develop and evaluate KPI results and drive innovation and continuous improvement via data driven decisions and actions.
• Responsible for customer technical training via appropriate formats: academies, Webinars, at customer site, at Henkel facilities, etc.
• Drive development of an end-to-end customer experience from identifying new value propositions to enhancing customer service.
• Manage Application Center activities and support customers to achieve sustainable business growth. Responsible for customer technical training via appropriate formats: academies, Webinars, at customer site, at Henkel facilities, etc.

• Effective Communication.
• Proactively approach and solve problems attitude.
• Chemistry or chemical engineering experiences.
• Footwear related experiences are a plus.
• Familiar with report making by excel, PPT(MS Office 365)
