Design, architect, and develop Android-based connectivity solutions from concept to release
Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Vehicle System Leads to align strategy and technical execution
Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions
Translate product requirements into epics and user stories using tools like DOORS or JIRA
Work on Android middleware components including services, AIDL, content providers, Car Network/Service, and broadcast receivers
Establish effective communication and alignment with internal teams, suppliers, and partners

Required Skills and Experience

3-6 years of experience in automotive software development
Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Android and C/C++ software development
Proficiency in Android Automotive, Kotlin, Java, and C/C++
Experience in Android middleware development and integration
Experience writing and managing requirements using DOORS or JIRA
Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs and protocols such as MQTT and HTTP

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Experience working in automotive security domains
Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (unit and module testing)
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment using Atlassian tools
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for Android software delivery
