UKG is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Customer Success FP&A team, reporting directly to the Manager of FP&A in Noida. Core responsibilities include financial headcount management, analyzing the monthly and quarterly performance of expenses vs budget and forecast, and preparing reporting for management.Job Responsibilities:

Ensure headcount and expenses for the supported organizations are accurate and any variances are documented and resolved
Process headcount changes, update expense forecasts and ensure financial systems are updated timely and with high levels of accuracy
Partner with Accounts Payable monthly to ensure all invoices are keyed, mapped and entered timely
Maintain and monitor all Fixed Asset, Depr. & Amort., and supporting Maintenance contracts
Evaluate month-over-month variances in the expense sub ledger and highlight changes including net additions
Assess processes and recommend improvements to gain efficiencies
Run multiple reports from various systems and partner with Finance and Accounting analysts
Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly reports for Customer Success Expense/Headcount Forecasting
Ad hoc projects/analysis as needed.

Qualifications Skills / Qualification

Proficient in Excel
Microsoft PowerBI experience required.
D365/TM1/Hyperion experience required.
PowerPivot/PowerQuery experience ideal.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and interest in continuous process improvement.
Ability to multi-task and handle time-sensitive projects
Must be able to work with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently on standard tasks
Can-do attitude with a Desire to learn new processes
Prior experience working remotely with a US multinational company is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education/Certification/License:

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a Financial Analyst FP&A role
Minimum Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting or Finance. Chartered Accountant or MBA with specialization in Finance from a reputed institute is preferred.
