Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the team:As a Prompt Engineering Architect in the FIS Private Equity Suite team, you’ll lead the design and optimization of AI-driven solutions, focusing on prompt engineering strategies that enhance the performance and reliability of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into our products, ensuring scalability, security, and exceptional user experiences.Operating in a dynamic and innovative environment, you’ll define best practices for prompt design, establish architectural standards, and mentor teams on leveraging AI effectively.What you will be doing
  • Architecting prompt engineering frameworks and workflows for enterprise-grade AI applications
  • Designing reusable prompt templates and strategies for diverse use cases (e.g., summarization, Q&A, data extraction)
  • Collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to optimize AI model outputs
  • Establishing guidelines for prompt evaluation, testing, and performance benchmarking
  • Integrating prompt engineering practices into CI/CD pipelines and development processes
  • Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and ethical AI standards
  • Researching and recommending emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in generative AI
  • Mentoring developers and stakeholders on effective prompt design and AI integration
What you bring
  • Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), generative AI, and NLP concepts
  • Proven experience in prompt engineering and AI application development
  • Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Knowledge of API integration for AI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
  • Experience with performance tuning, evaluation metrics, and A/B testing for AI outputs
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and responsible AI principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Agile methodology experience
