Determining training needs of associates and conducting need-based training programs to enhance their operational efficiency and productivity.
Maintain & monitor quality standards of the calls of associates.
To make sure that the associates are following Quality guidelines up to the standards specified.
Participate and work towards proper transition of knowledge to the team in Refresher / Briefing.
Providing the Quality related training and guiding team through specific workshop modules.
Training to new hires and reporting their progress and issues to process manager
Monitoring the overall Quality of Process and provide feedback to the team.
Ensuring to meet the various quality standards for process and preparing daily & monthly reports & analysis of same. Identify the improvement opportunities, do data analysis and presentations.
Knowledge of preparing RCA (Root Cause Analysis). Initiate and implement new ideas to improve the overall performance.
