- Receive and process orders for trading goods, repair units, return materials, and custom products.
- Maintain accurate customer records by documenting all interactions, solutions, and follow-ups in CRM/ERP/email systems.
- Manage inbound and outbound communication via email, telephone, and chat to resolve queries related to orders, services, and returns.
- Foster strong customer relationships through empathy, understanding, and patience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Uphold workplace etiquette by maintaining a clean and organized workstation and adhering to company values.
- Proficient in advance Excel.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
