- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistent delivery of services and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as the first point of escalation for regional service issues; perform root cause analysis and initiate corrective actions.
- Lead and support initiatives tied to employee lifecycle events, administrative processes, and process improvement.
- Administer quality control processes including audits and data accuracy reviews to ensure high standards of compliance and delivery.
- Establish and maintain regular communications with business and HR leaders across segments to align expectations, report on service outcomes, and support local HR strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment on priorities and seamless execution of tasks.
- Provide performance coaching, feedback, and upskilling opportunities for HRSD team members to enhance capability and accountability.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring SOPs and documentation are current and utilized.
- Track team metrics, identify trends, and act on areas for improvement and growth.
- Drive operational efficiency through standardization, simplification, and implementation of AI and automation solutions.
- Champion process redesign efforts to improve service delivery and enhance the employee experience.
- Support vendor management and evaluate third-party effectiveness against defined SLAs.
- Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive HR experience in a shared services environment, including administrative and transactional support across multiple regions.
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience with demonstrated success in coaching and team performance.
- Workday and SolarWinds (or similar ticketing systems) experience preferred.
- Proven experience in automating HR operations and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and lookups) and MS Office Suite.
