Responsibilities:Strategic Sales Planning:

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for executive management.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to align sales strategies with overall hotel objectives.
  • Coordinate efforts to enhance the guest experience and drive repeat business.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Implement cost-effective strategies to achieve sales goals and optimize profitability.
Market and Industry Awareness:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Recommend adjustments to sales strategies based on changing market dynamics.
Event and Group Sales:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, conferences, and group bookings.
  • Collaborate with event planners and clients to meet specific requirements.
