Accountable for creating high performing matured and self organized team for entire account. Create the Product Vision and help Product Owner in creating Product Backlog items and determine the business value of the Product Backlog. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and practices, backlog maintenance, sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives, other ad-hoc meetings and multi-team events like Scrum of Scrums and story mapping.
