Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and street-smart Sales Associate with 1+ years of experience in IT Sales or Cloud Sales. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify, nurture, and close new business opportunities in the IT and cloud services domain.An MBA is mandatory for this role.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT services and Cloud solutions.- Drive lead generation through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT/Cloud solutions in collaboration with technical teams.- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.- Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, commercial negotiations, and closure strategies.- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.- Stay updated on cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and industry trends.Required Skills & Qualifications- MBA (Mandatory).- 1+ years of experience in IT Sales / Cloud Sales / B2B Technology Sales.- Strong understanding of Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps ecosystem.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Street-smart, target-driven, and confident personality.- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
