- We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to enhance business processes, automate workflows, and ensure the platform aligns with organizational goals and ITIL best practices.
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM, or others as required).
- Develop and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, web services, and IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and coordinate UAT with stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, changes, and processes.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and instance maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in a timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards within the platform.
- Stay current with new ServiceNow features and best practices, providing recommendations for platform optimization
- Exp: 5 to 9 years
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalogue, and CMDB.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist certification(s).
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or Scoped Applications.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Experience working in large enterprise or multi-instance environments.
