Job Summary: The Sales & Marketing Executive for Wastewater Treatment Plants plays a crucial role in driving sales and promoting the company's wastewater treatment plant solutions. This position combines sales and marketing responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, market analysis, lead generation, and customer relationship management. The Sales & Marketing Executive will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, identify potential customers, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote wastewater treatment plant solutions and achieve sales goals. 2. Identify and target potential customers in various industries, such as industrial, municipal, and commercial sectors. 3. Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques. 4. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the features and benefits of the wastewater treatment plant solutions. 5. Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their specific wastewater treatment requirements and providing appropriate solutions. 6. Collaborate with the engineering team to assess customer needs, propose technical solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and quotations, negotiating terms and pricing to secure sales agreements. 8. Track sales activities, manage sales pipelines, and provide regular reports to the sales and marketing management team. 9. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, website content, and social media campaigns, to support sales efforts. 10. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company, generate leads, and build relationships with potential customers. 11. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in wastewater treatment technologies to provide informed recommendations and effectively position the company's offerings. 12. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to refine strategies and improve sales performance. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or a related field. 2. background in environmental science or wastewater treatment is advantageous. 3. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the wastewater treatment industry or a related field. 4. Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and technologies. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage customers and convey technical information in a clear and compelling manner. 6. Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales deals. 7. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify customer needs, and develop targeted marketing strategies. 8. Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and marketing platforms. 9. Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 10. Willingness to travel to customer sites, industry events, and trade shows as required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B sales and marketing within the wastewater treatment or water industry. Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements related to wastewater treatment. Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and social media platforms for lead generation and brand promotion.
