Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes, strategies, and best practices. The ideal candidate should have experience in the staffing vertical or skilling institute industry, with a proven track record of success. Key responsibilities include tender submissions, branch management, and mobilization of candidates in government schemes such as NAPS/NEEM/B.Voc.   • Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing vertical/skilling institutes as branch head with experience of tender submissions on portals OR B.Voc or distance courses as Branch Head
  • OR Minimum of 8 years of experience in mobilization of candidates in NAPS/NEEM/B.Voc
  • Proven track record of success in B2B and B2C sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus
