We are seeking an experienced Senior Spring Boot Developer to join our dynamic team. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, particularly with Spring
Boot, and hands-on experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL. This
role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications that are
integral to our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
● Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and
secure backend applications using Spring Boot.
● Database Management: Develop and optimize database schemas, write complex
SQL queries, and ensure data integrity using MySQL/PostgreSQL.
● API Integration: Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities
and third-party integrations.
● Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct code
reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
● Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including front-end
developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products.
● Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a
culture of continuous learning and improvement.
● Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues,
and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency.
Required Qualifications
● Education: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Java development with a strong
focus on Spring Boot.
● Database Skills: Proficiency in MySQL or PostgreSQL, including experience with
complex queries and performance tuning.● API Development: Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
● Version Control: Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
● Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
● Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS.
● DevOps: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools, gitops.
