Our client, a fast-growing D2C brand, is hiring a Manager - Performance Marketing to lead digital acquisition and drive revenue growth across paid channels.- This role will focus on scaling performance marketing efforts through data-led strategies, experimentation, and strong cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:- Own digital media planning, budget allocation, and execution to drive customer acquisition and online revenue growth- Manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), ensuring strong ROI and efficiency- Develop and execute full-funnel strategies to optimize CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall revenue performance- Lead structured experimentation (A/B testing, funnel optimization) to improve campaign effectiveness and user journeys- Track, analyze, and present performance insights while collaborating with Product, Retention, Creative, and Finance teamsRequirements:- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within a D2C, e-commerce, or high-growth start-up environment- Strong expertise in Meta and Google Ads platforms; exposure to programmatic is a plus- Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with measurable revenue impact- Solid understanding of business metrics, including CAC, ROAS, LTV, contribution margins, and P&L- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics and performance reporting dashboard (ref:updazz.com)
