- To look after entire on-roll team (85) and third party team of renewal business for the call-centre operations and deliver high productivity through controlling, monitoring, analyzing & reviewing system
- Determines call center operational renewal strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost benefit analyses
- Maintains and improves call center renewal operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades
- Prepares call center renewal performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Identify current gaps in the process & facilitate decision making through data analytics
- Building relationships the ability to inspire teams that do not directly report to him/her. Detail oriented Key Relationships Management (Internal External) Internal Head of Ops, Channel heads, Chief Underwriter, Head of Digital. External Customers, call center business partners
- Facilitate inter departmental linkages for effective delivery
