To look after entire on-roll team (85) and third party team of renewal business for the call-centre operations and deliver high productivity through controlling, monitoring, analyzing & reviewing system

Determines call center operational renewal strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost benefit analyses
Maintains and improves call center renewal operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs; installing upgrades
Prepares call center renewal performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
Identify current gaps in the process & facilitate decision making through data analytics
Building relationships the ability to inspire teams that do not directly report to him/her. Detail oriented Key Relationships Management (Internal External) Internal Head of Ops, Channel heads, Chief Underwriter, Head of Digital. External Customers, call center business partners
Facilitate inter departmental linkages for effective delivery
