Good written/verbal communication, experienced with developing technical documentation.
Experienced with SQL reporting, SCM tools for maintaining Plug-in codes (TFS and GitLab), Coding skills are a must for ALM enhancements/ SharePoint / Plug-ins enhancements.
Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Rally tool for work management.
Knowledge of ServiceNow, Rally, Tasktop Integrations to review issue log, System Architecture, PPM documentation process, and SharePoint Maintenance
Experienced with ALM Installation, patch upgrades, version upgrades and setting up Load balancing, Securing certifications. Setting up application monitoring controls.
Work with DBAs for DB performance issues/ database tuning
Experienced with Change, process implementation, and documentation.
Ability to troubleshoot ALM production issues using logs and error messages.
Knowledge of ServiceNow, Rally, and Tasktop Integrations
