- Good written/verbal communication, experienced with developing technical documentation.
- Experienced with SQL reporting, SCM tools for maintaining Plug-in codes (TFS and GitLab), Coding skills are a must for ALM enhancements/ SharePoint / Plug-ins enhancements.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Rally tool for work management.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Rally, Tasktop Integrations to review issue log, System Architecture, PPM documentation process, and SharePoint Maintenance
- Experienced with ALM Installation, patch upgrades, version upgrades and setting up Load balancing, Securing certifications. Setting up application monitoring controls.
- Work with DBAs for DB performance issues/ database tuning
- Experienced with Change, process implementation, and documentation.
- Ability to troubleshoot ALM production issues using logs and error messages.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Rally, and Tasktop Integrations
