This is a full-time position based in the regions of Thane, Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Dombivli, Ulhasnagar, and Purna. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The Junior Sales Engineer will support our sales team by leveraging technical acumen to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for efficient client management processes.
  • Competence in using AutoCAD for creating and editing technical drawings and plans.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing sales data and creating reports.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate complex technical information to clients.
  • Technical documentation skills to create detailed product descriptions and specifications (Mandatory skill).
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate smooth interactions with clients (Mandatory skill).
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles to support technical sales processes (Mandatory skill).
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
  • Assist in preparing technical proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure specifications are met and products are delivered on time.
  • Provide technical support to customers during and after the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage sales documentation.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance product visibility and engagement with target audiences.
  • Participate in training sessions to keep updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
