- Job Title: State Head - Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, Bihar - Location: Regional (preferred base in any of the mentioned states) - Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (including at least 2 years in the EV sector, B2B) - Salary Range: 50,000 - 55,000 per month - Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Travelling RequiredJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented State Head to drive our business operations and expansion across - Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Bihar. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in the Electric Vehicle (EV) sector, particularly with B2B sales and operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep regional knowledge, the ability to build and lead sales teams, develop B2B relationships, and scale operations in line with the company's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:- Regional Business Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for sales, partnerships, distribution, service, and operations in the assigned states.- Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor local sales and operations teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.- B2B Sales and Partnerships: Drive direct sales to businesses, fleet operators, government bodies, and channel partners. Forge strategic partnerships to promote product adoption.- Market Expansion & Strategy: Identify market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure rapid penetration across semi-urban and urban centers.- Dealer & Channel Development: Expand and manage the network of dealers, sub-dealers, and service centers across regions.- Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth execution of field operations including vehicle deliveries, after-sales support, customer service, and compliance.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with central sales, service, marketing, and logistics teams to support regional business goals.- MIS & Reporting: Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports, territory analysis, and forecasts to senior leadership.Candidate Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in the EV sector (Electric infra)- Proven track record in B2B sales and managing field teams- Strong understanding of the regional markets, customer behavior, and dealer ecosystems in East/Central India- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset- Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantagePreferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields- Prior experience in Electric Mobility, Automotive, Logistics, or Renewable Energy domains- Exposure to rural and semi-urban mobility solutions or government schemes (like FAME)What We Offer:- Competitive fixed salary with performance incentives- High-growth opportunity in a fast-scaling EV organization- Leadership role with independence and ownership- Opportunity to contribute to the sustainable mobility revolution (ref:updazz.com)
