- Set and achieve ambitious revenue targets for your agency network.
- Develop and execute agency recruitment plans to expand your team of life insurance
- advisors.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase product sales and market penetration.
- Oversee the daily operations of your assigned agencies.
- Ensure adherence to company Life Insurance's policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ADMs in managing their agencies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to life insurance.
- Develop a deep understanding of organization products and services.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in agency management or a related field in Life Insurance Domain
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and building high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry and distribution channels
