CX & Digital ChannelsLocation: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IndiaIDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile applications for our CX & Digital Channels department. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop mobile applications using Flutter framework- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile developmentRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile development- Proficient in Flutter framework and Dart programming language- Experience with native Android and iOS development is a plus- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with mobile applications- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologiesAdditional Parameters:- Experience in banking or financial services industry is preferred- Knowledge of hybrid mobile development using React Native or Xamarin is a plus- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plusIf you are a self-motivated and passionate developer with a strong background in Flutter, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at IDFC FIRST Bank.
