Looking for an HR leader with 12 to 15 years of experience in Human resources for a leading organisation in the life sciences industry. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive HR strategies, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws while driving talent management and organisational development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives to drive business success.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Develop and implement talent management initiatives to identify, attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organisation.
  • Drive organisational development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to HR team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and apply relevant knowledge to enhance organisational effectiveness.

  • Masters or MBA in human resources is a must
  • Proven track record of 12-15 years in HR leadership roles, with experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Background in the life sciences industry preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
