- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organisational objectives to drive business success.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand business goals and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
- Foster a high-performance culture that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Develop and implement talent management initiatives to identify, attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organisation.
- Drive organisational development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to HR team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organisational initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR and apply relevant knowledge to enhance organisational effectiveness.
- Masters or MBA in human resources is a must
- Proven track record of 12-15 years in HR leadership roles, with experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Background in the life sciences industry preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
