Good communication skill Key Objectives/Principle Accountabilities Undertake NPI projects and develop products as per market requirement, fit to use products. Identify Value Engineering opportunities and deliver VE savings to improve business profitability. Complete knowledge & experience in handling sophisticated laboratory equipment's & chemicals Complete all LWR's & LWR based projects within agreed timeline. Evaluate line run panels, components & conduct accelerated test (Pack test, Process resistance & Stability test) Support Business on submission of costing and relevant inputs. Ensure Regulatory documentation for Product maintained and support Tech services / Customer with Regulatory documents enquiry. Experience in Product development software such as Product Vision, Optiva, SAP. Ensure contributes towards safe work environment by adhering to safe work practices in line with Corporate HSE, 5S, BBS directives & guidelines in order to build work culture driven by safety consciousness . Functional Responsibilities/Network Connect with Internal and External stakeholders and provide necessary inputs whenever required. To be focus on completion of task as per the given timeline & commitment to accomplish to support the Business. Identifies the cost optimization / cost reduction project for existing as well as new formulation to maximize the profit. Evaluation of competitor sample and identify the scope for cost reduction in existing products. Identifying the root cause of the problem and support on providing the solution for the internal and external complaints. Visit to customer end for line trial, complaint handling & customer training. Training skill to develop the down line people. Teamwork - Need to be good at teamwork & understanding the other's perspectives while working in a lab.
