We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Berhampur, India. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience and a graduate degree. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales deals over the phone or email.
Key responsibilities include identifying potential leads, making cold calls or sending outreach emails, explaining product features and benefits, answering customer questions, and closing sales. You will need to maintain a high level of product knowledge, build rapport with customers, and meet sales targets.
The successful candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to work independently. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred. You should be able to work from home efficiently and be comfortable with using CRM software to track sales activities and updates. Effective time management and a proactive approach to sales will be essential in this role. Experience 1 - 5 Years
Salary 1 Lac 25 Thousand To 4 Lac P.A.
