- Architect, configure, and operate global load balancing systems using technologies such as F5 BIG IP (LTM/GTM), GSLB, HAProxy, NGINX, or other ADC platforms.
- Design and implement high availability and failover strategies to ensure uptime across multiple global sites.
- Develop and optimize traffic routing logic, including iRules, DNS/GSLB policies, health checks, SSL termination, header manipulation, and traffic flow engineering.
- Monitor, analyze, and tune performance for load balancing infrastructures using enterprise observability tools.
- Collaborate cross functionally with application owners, engineering teams, security groups, and architects.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for traffic flow, failover anomalies, latency issues, and performance incidents.
- Develop runbooks, operational documentation, and incident response procedures.
- Leading incident response and performance tuning.
- Ability to test, qualify load balancers are working in our business continuity environment and building test beds.

- 13+ years of hands on load balancing experience supporting high traffic enterprise systems and Deep understanding of HA architectures, failover mechanisms, and routing protocols.
- Expert level knowledge of F5 BIG IP (LTM, GTM/GSLB), iRules, TCP/IP, DNS, SSL, and application flow management and Usage of Miro, Visio or other design tools.
- Experience with multi site global environments. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Load Balancers: F5 BIG IP, HAProxy, NGINX, NetScaler.
- Traffic Engineering: iRules, DNS/GSLB, SSL offloading, health checks, L4/L7 routing.
- Network Core: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, network security principles and HA & Resiliency: failover automation, multi site redundancy, DR strategies.
- Monitoring: SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, Splunk.
- Experience supporting large distributed systems or regulated enterprise sectors.
- Familiarity with Citrix ADC, NetScaler, Cisco ACE, or hybrid cloud load balancing.
- Professional certifications such as F5 CTS/CCE, CCNP, or CCIE.
- Experience with enterprise scale monitoring platforms.
- Business continuity strategies and approaches to high availability.
