- Lead full lifecycle recruitment: post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding.
- Facilitate new hire induction and administrative setup.
- Manage employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive culture.
- Support performance management, training programs, and career development.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and documentation.
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, hiring, engagement) to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies; ensure legal compliance.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar.
- 2+ years experience in HR ( Recruitment & generalist Activity).
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
- MBA in HR or equivalent.
- Experience with HR analytics or engagement initiatives.
