To lead, optimize, and manage the assembly cell manufacturing processes in Li-ion technology. The role requires the synchronization of various manufacturing stages, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficiency, while aligning assembly strategies with the broader goals of the company.Responsibilities :- Oversee the assembly line for Li-ion cells, ensuring streamlined operations, optimal resource utilization, and adherence to production schedules.- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to integrate new assembly techniques or improvements into the manufacturing process- Drive continuous improvement initiatives targeted at enhancing production efficiency, minimizing defects, and optimizing costs.- Implement rigorous quality control protocols, ensuring that assembled Li-ion cells meet or surpass required specifications.- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability and quality of assembly components.- Uphold stringent safety standards across the assembly line, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and external regulations.- Foster collaborative efforts with other production segments, particularly electrode manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration and product quality.- Lead, mentor, and develop the assembly manufacturing team, instilling a culture of innovation, teamwork, and safety.- Monitor, evaluate, and report on assembly line metrics, ensuring transparency and keeping senior management informed.- Engage in negotiations and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers, vendors, and other external partners relevant to assembly processes.
