Maintain accurate employee data, timesheets and payroll records.
Calculate and process PAYG withholding, superannuation, allowances, deductions and leave entitlements.
Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of client invoices.
Monitor client billing cycles and follow up on outstanding invoices when required.
Respond promptly and professionally to client queries related to payroll, invoicing and to internal team members.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or escalate issues where needed.
Assist in preparing and lodging STP (Single Touch Payroll) reports with the ATO.
Stay updated with changes in Australian payroll laws and taxation guidelines.
Provide support during payroll audits, reconciliations and year-end Finalisation tasks.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong accounting and payroll knowledge (with a focus on Australian standards)
Experience in client billing and invoice management
Familiar with payroll & accounting softwares like Xero, salesforce, MYOB, Employment Hero etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with Australian clientsQualifications:B.Com/ M.com / Inter CA / MBA in Finance or equivalent
