- Identify and generate leads for business development and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, embassies, HNIs, and other stakeholders.
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between landlords and tenants during lease transactions.
- Conduct rental analysis and research to determine competitive pricing.
- Manage listings, client interactions, and closure of transactions under supervision.
- Prepare lease agreements, NDAs, and other required documentation.
- Support developers in creating marketing collateral for leasing projects.
- Maintain transaction MIS, trackers, and reports on leads, client visits, and closures.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or professional services.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to deliver reliable, courteous client service and present information effectively.
