Role And Responsibilities The Support Engineer will be responsible for managing merchant accounts during the integration phase before going live. They will work with the product and tech teams, understand different product flows, and provide solutions to merchant payment flows and requirements. The Support Engineer will take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. They will also attend meetings/con calls with the merchant's tech/business team and prepare internal documents highlighting redundant issues. Candidate Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must have: Minimum work experience of 3-6 years in Integration Support Experience in Engineering maintenance/sustenance support of production systems Work experience with Rest APIs using JSON or SOAP UI/Postman tools Strong and hands-on experience in troubleshooting basic technical issues in web and mobile applications Knowledge of programming languages like Python, PHP, Java and platforms like Web, Android, and iOS Ability to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve merchant integration issues Experience in the payments module is preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proactive and quick learner Familiarity with remote desktop applications like AnyDesk Experience in team management, reporting, and stakeholder management is a plus Required Skills Integration Support Engineering Maintenance Troubleshooting Skills: researching,integration support,php,web and mobile applications,engineering maintenance,python,problem-solving,android,ios,managing stakeholders,web,java,managing a team,ui/postman tools,reporting,diagnosing,troubleshooting,remote desktop applications
