- Partner with Client Business teams to map & analyze end-to-end processes including collating volumetric & other related information; opportunity analysis & prioritization identify the major challenges & key transformation areas
- Based on the above analysis, propose/ recommend different solutions to solve client business problems
- Identify scope for automation/ Tech/ AI led transformation in client business processes.
- Collaborate with Technology teams to identify opportunities to introduce automation, data transformation, AI/ ML for solving business problems
- Work with Technology teams to develop the overall future state of the process
- Estimate the overall cost & benefits to develop the CBA for the business case
- Drive program for transformation from scoping & analysis to building the future state and business case independently
- Develop Technology/ Though Leadership PoV to improve organizational maturity.
- Post-graduate - preferably M.B.A./ P.G.D.M
- 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst for Financial Services organizations
- Excellent communication skills. Excellent communicator who can drive their recommendations to Senior Leadership of the Client.
- Excellent presentation skills for connects with ELTs & Senior Leaders
- Good at executing detailed data Analysis on process Volumetric data to build analysis PoV
- Worked on large scale transformation programs as a Business/ Tech Analyst
- Experience with Process Assessment, Automation assessment, etc.
- Experience with FSI - esp. capital markets, asset & wealth management, insurance & annuities
- Experience with Automation; AI/ ML/ Gen AI and other Business T systems like CRM/Salesforce;
- Experience with Technology maturity assessment & consulting
- Experience with Analysis methodologies to flush out the business problem statement.
- Multi-tasker and ability to manage multiple transformation programs.
- Knack for delivering under stringent deadlines
